These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Finance App mobile application and related website. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Finance App for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms.

2. App Store Terms

This application is distributed via the Apple App Store. The usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions also apply to your use of the app.

3. Privacy

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.

5. Intellectual Property

Finance App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all financial calculations are accurate for your specific situation. The app is a budgeting tool, not a professional financial advisor.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or financial losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the app from your devices.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
